Return of rescue team from Libya

Our team members and Casaga’s colleagues are already at home, after a long return trip that was complicated by the situation that the country is going through. After landing in Madrid at dawn, they arrived at noon in Ferrol after a road trip.

In total 7 days of mission developing search and rescue tasks in the city of Derna, the main town affected by the storm Daniel, which has left 10,000 dead and more than 20,000 displaced.

The team, which was decorated by the Libyan Minister of Crisis, was also thanked by the Spanish ambassador in the African country.
